Mùmbi Njoroge is a consultant psychologist. She works as a therapist at Gilead MH but also as a consultant at her firm, Anchoring Consultants. The firm focuses on applied psychology and mental health promotion.

 

She applies psychological principles to practical problems in assisting clients in various professions respond to their challenges. She has also worked as a counselling trainer and curriculum developer for various institutions.

 

In therapy, she has a keen interest in mental health counselling, supportive psychotherapy, marital therapy, sexual abuse and psychoeducation.

 

In addition to psychology, she volunteers and is also trained inemergency response in the areas of Incident Command Systems and First Aid.
